Gluten Free Pizza That Doesn’t Taste Like Cardboard

We all know it…that one place that offers gluten free pizza, and when you take a bite, you can immediately identify that it’s the frozen saltine cracker crust shipped from whatever company somehow still does business in the GF pizza world (I mean seriously? Their crust is so bad you would think they would have reformulated by now). Here’s a list of places that will give you a decent pie , because apparently getting gluten free pizza by the slice just isn’t an option

Rubirosa 02

Rubirosa

Restaurant · New York, NY

One of NYCs favorite sit down pizza places can serve anything gluten free. It’s just as good as their regular pies too

Modern Apizza 08

Modern Apizza

Restaurant · New Haven, CT

In the proclaimed “pizza capital” of the world, Modern’s daughter was diagnosed as a celiac. Lucky for us, they rolled out a gluten free option a few months later

Uva Next Door 11

Uva Next Door

Restaurant · New York, NY

This spot is sister restaurant to Uva, but the owner is gluten free. She has a lot of other great gluten free menu options
